Jelorec was shaped by real food experiences across different cultures.

In Italy and Morocco, I discovered everyday cooking based on fresh products, raw ingredients, and homemade recipes. Local markets, seasonal fruits, simple preparations, and light desserts are part of normal daily habits, not special occasions.

In Japan, I observed a more functional approach to food. Drinks, textures, and certain desserts are designed for digestive comfort, balance, and lightness. Gelatin is naturally used there in clean and simple preparations.
