Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
3. Add 1 cup of boiling water to the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Stir in the brewed coffee and sugar until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
