Instructions
1. Using a kettle or small saucepan, heat the water on medium-high heat until it reaches a gentle boil.
2. Carefully pour the hot water into a mug using a heat-resistant measuring cup, then add the herbal tea bag or place loose tea into a tea infuser.
3. Allow the tea to steep for 5–7 minutes, depending on your preferred strength, using a timer to track the time.
4. Remove the tea bag or infuser using a spoon or tongs, and let the tea cool slightly in the mug to preserve its flavor and beneficial compounds.
